I'm getting awfully close to giving birth to this magical little girl I've been brewing, and I'm in a celebratory kinda mood. Plus, it's my birthday next week! I'm just all around PUMPED and I wanna pump you up, too. SO, I created something just. for. you.
Through this pregnancy, I've been doing mad work on feeling good about myself and my body. It's been rough sometimes, but I'm really amazed at how much better I feel about myself now than I did in my first trimester!
The thing is: the tools I'm using aren't just for Pregger McGees; they can be used to help anyone who doesn't feel good about themselves...which got me thinking: How can I put all this together to help the community I adore so much?
