Guyyyyyyyys! I'm super psyched to announce that our 2nd annual Raucous Weekend is open for sign up!
Join me September 27-29, 2019 in sunny San Diego for a riot of a time!
The Raucous Weekend is my über-intimate, sweaty-smiley, in-person event that I hold annually here in San Diego.
It's where I get to take a small group of health heroes through the steps of releasing shaming, metric-based health standards and building individual health on their own terms. Basically, it's a concentrated version of everything I talk about on StrongInside Out combined with all my in-person energy (I've been told it's a lot).
I don't know how to describe how well last year's event went. UH-mazing? F**king spectacular??? Bangarang?!?! It went even better than I could have imagined and now I get to bring all those juicy lessons to you this year!

I'm only opening 10 spots for this year's event. (only 8 left!)
The price is $1250 now, but in 2 months the price goes up to $1500 (unless we're sold out by that time).
