Introducing our NEW course in our NEW SIO School: Mental Optics, the first of our 30-Day Recovery Series here on Strong Inside Out!

My goal is to offer these 30-Day Recovery Courses to spread the Health Movement and to help our community shed shaming, metric-based health standards, and build individual health without judgments or metrics. Mental Optics is our first official one!
