For a long time, it's been a dream of mine to create an intimate, safe place for profound transformation. I've done it online with both The Strong Inside Out Bootcamp and Intentional Eating (formerly known as The Phoenix Method), and while I know how effective these programs are, I've become keenly aware through teaching and speaking at events across the world that I am of highest service in person. My power translates more clearly face to face. There's something about being there in the presence of a person's energy that allows me to better guide them into the next step.After discussing and refining our concept for the past 3 years (!), my soul sister, Kate Marolt, and I have finally created the opportunity I've been dreaming of.

Join me in person this May, 2017, as Kate and I guide 16 women through a journey of revelation, release and expansion called Activate Courage.

If you find yourself feeling unconnected to yourself and your life, reaching for sources of comfort that actually do you harm (like excessive food or alcohol), or in unhealthy patterns that you just can’t break, you’re not alone. Both Kate and I have been in your shoes, and have climbed out of that hole back into the light. I hope you'll allow us the honor of guiding you back to the top.The journey begins with a week in Nosara, Costa Rica from May 6th-13th, in which Kate and I will teach you how to:

• Uncover your true needs and desires.
• Heal and release fear-based obstacles that keep you from a full life.
• Replace negative patterns and habits with ones that serve you.
• Fire up your passion for life again; no more just getting by.
• Live IN your body, using movement as a joyful center of expression and celebration.
• Root yourself in authentic self-love and confidence.

Included in the price of the retreat is:

• Lodging for 8 days (7 nights) at the breathtaking Blue Spirit Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica.
• 3 nourishing meals a day.
• Daily mantra-based workouts and yoga classes with Kate and me.

Not only will you get a full week of bonding with us and the intimate group of women we're inviting in tropical paradise, the week in Costa Rica is followed by 6 months of group coaching to help you actually integrate what you learn at the retreat into your daily life.Here’s what we’ve found to be true for most retreats and conferences: you go, you get pumped, you have aha moments, then you get home and try to hold onto it, and you end up curling into a ball of overwhelm, wondering what you didn’t do enough of to hold onto that motivation and inspiration.We want to be purposeful about your transformation and we know that may take longer than 1 week to implement. For 6 whole months after our week in Costa Rica, we'll guide you to integrate everything you've learned so that the aha moments you have stick. We're here for you, and we look forward to holding the space for you to truly open up into the life of your creation.Your 6 months of support includes:

• Membership in our private Facebook group for the entire year (beginning January 2017).
• 6 Months of specialized support and integration practices after the retreat, including meditations, journal prompts, and more.
• 6 Monthly group coaching and Q+A calls with Amy and Kate.
• Online celebration ceremony at the end of the 6 months. This live event will review everything you’ve learned, give each woman in our group the chance to share what they’ve become and encourage you to go forward on your own, confident and courageous!
