Release food obsession + embrace a loving relationship with food in a deep feeler-friendly space.
So many of us are getting hit hard by all the things going on in our world. People with tricky food relationships can take all that overwhelm and subconsciously direct it into trying to control what we can…like food and body image.
Here’s the kicker for deep-feelers and Neurodivergent people, though: the more we try to control our food, the more chaotic we feel inside. Many of us go into the food obsession hole, overrestriction-to-binging pipeline or even disordered eating.
I don't think there's ever a "perfect time" to heal, but I do want you to know that you don't have to overwhelm yourself with feelings and work to get some real relief.
Intuitive Eating is a process that helps us heal our relationship with food through:
reconnecting with our bodies and build trust in ourselves and our choices
reclaiming our power and autonomy within our relationship with food, and releasing the charge and panic
learning WHY we reach for food when we’re in our feelings and how to develop non-food-based coping mechanisms for stress
ditching mean girl diet culture stories in favor of a loving, accepting relationship with food and our bodies
I add a little extra in my group here. As well as being a Certified IE Counselor, trained by Evelyn Tribole, I’m also a somatics practitioner with multiple trainings. I use somatics in my groups to help people take the shifts they learn logically into their bodies so that they get them in their bones, not just in their heads.
And here’s all the good stuff you’ll reap from my program:
Feel better about yourself and less stressed about food (like, WAY less)
Develop a more body-based and balanced approach to eating that spreads into every area of your life
Define what “healthy” and “moderation” mean to you individually
Build capacity to meet the stressors of the world so you have more energy to just be human in our world right now
Learn how to work with your brain and how it relates with food, not against it
This is for you if:
Rules are tricky for you. You’re either SUPER good at following them which makes you rigid AF, or you give them up entirely and rebel your way into a food coma.
You “just can’t stop” eating sometimes. You feel out of control around certain foods or at certain times of the day especially after periods of dieting.
Diets have worked, but only for a little bit. And when you stop doing it, you beat yourself up for failing at it.
Other programs, trainers or coaches didn’t get you. It was always your fault if something didn’t work for you, never the plan’s fault.
You’re neurodivergent and/or have other mental health stuff like depression or anxiety. It makes you perceive and relate with food in ways that seem…different from other people. Don’t worry: it’s my specialty. Diagnosis not required.
Who Am I?
I'm Amy Clover, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, non-diet health coach, somatic practitioner and a person stable in recovery from eating disorders for 9 years thanks to Intuitive Eating. I'm your neurodiverse, swear-happy space-holder for this 3-month IE support Group.
How Does The Group Work?
Over the course of 12 weeks, we'll:
Read through the Intuitive Eating book (one principle a week)
Gather for support on Zoom at the end of each week (Fridays at 12 PM Pacific Time)
Have a break week every 4 weeks to catch up on reading or just chill (we'll still meet on Zoom)
Here’s how we’ll integrate IE into your life:
📕 Read through the principle of the week on your own before our Friday call.
♻️ Process what you learned through sharing, questions and listening in a safe space.
🌟 Integrate what you learn through employing the practices in each chapter. We’ll personalize your work to you on each call and have the backup of a private group on Circle for camaraderie in between calls.
To help bring the lessons of IE into your body, I'll be teaching you Somatics exercises so you won't just logically understand the shifts, you'll feel them.
This group will be limited to 8 members to get that cozy super-supported feeling.
The smallest the group will be is 5 members. Plus, each member gets guaranteed one-on-one time with me on each call.
How much is it?
FALL ENROLLMENT HAS CLOSED
Financial accessibility is super important to me so I proudly offer a tiered pricing structure for the 3 months of the program. Choose whichever feels right for your current financial situation:
$300/month ($75/call)
Supportive access
For those who have more than enough resources and feel a calling to support access for those who usually would not have it.
$200/month ($50/call)
fair access
For those who have enough resources to contribute fair value for coaching sessions.
$140/month ($35/call)
supported Access
For those who currently don’t have the resources for the other two pricing options, but due to the generosity of the community will have access.
Due to the intimate nature of this 8-member group, you must commit to the full 12 weeks when you join.
The prices above are for monthly payments that span across 3 months, but if it’s easier for you to pay by the week, just email me and I’ll send you a link for it. :)
Fall enrollment has closed, but get on the waitlist and get dibs on a spot for next time!
May this be the end of feeling like a failure with food
As a neurodiverse, deep-feeling person, I spent FAR too long thinking something was wrong with me instead of realizing that the system that exists just doesn’t work for people like us. I’m hoping that I can help you streamline that experience and support you in my uber-empathetic way as you work through it. Because YOU are not the problem here, baby.
I can also pinky promise you that I'll show up with all of me and hold space for whatever it is you bring. I know firsthand how vulnerable it can be to talk about food and body image and I'm not scared of the feelings that come with it. You can be you with me–fully–whatever that is today.
Here's to navigating this little piece of chaos together. xo Amy

No. If you relate with what I've written here, you belong. I am particularly skilled at coaching people who identify as neurodivergent or have mental health disorders like depression or anxiety, but I coach all walks of life. SO many of us neurodivergent people don't even know that we are neurodivergent either! As long as you're inclusive and open-minded, you are welcome here.

Fridays at 12:00 noon Pacific Time on Zoom starting September 6th. Each call will be 60-90 minutes depending on how many members come and want to talk.
-
Just the Intuitive Eating book; it’s about $8 US on Amazon right now. It’s not included so pick that up when you have time. Here's my affiliate link if you feel comfy using it.
-
Yes. If you wish to not be recorded during your individual time, I’m happy to pause the recording while you and I chat.
-
Unfortunately not this time. There’s magic in having the same people in the group every week; it becomes a brave, safe space as we all get to know each other. I’ve seen some beautiful friendships come out of my groups. To encourage all this, you must commit financially to the whole 3 months when you sign up.
-
There will be a peer chat group available to discuss with other group members between calls. I’ve priced this group more accessibly this round which means I won’t be available for individual support outside our Zoom calls. Feel free to discuss what you’re facing with other members in the chat group, then if you’re still left with questions, bring them to the calls! If you need more support, consider pairing this group with individual coaching sessions.

I feel you, friend. I’m in recovery, too. If you’re early on in your ED recovery, I highly suggest getting in touch with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. If you’re already working with a therapist, talk to them about this group first to see if it would be a fit for where you’re at in your recovery. Please keep in mind that this material can be triggering especially for those new to recovery.

No, Intuitive Eating is focused on your relationship with food, not on eating for weight loss. I operate within a HAES framework which means I don’t focus on intentional weight loss with clients because it’s so often ineffective and harmful.

Nope! I’m a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, member of ASDAH, non diet health coach and somatics practitioner, but I’m not a mental health professional. I am, however, VERY trauma-informed, having completed The Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification, Somatic Parts Work Levels 1-3 certification and Somatic Trauma Healing Immersion through the Embody Lab with teachers such as Peter Levine, Richard Schwartz, Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolke, Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Kai Cheng Thom, Scott Lyons, Betsy Polatin and more.
