This workshop series is gonna meet you right where you are and guide you toward deconstructing movement resistance so you can rewrite your relationship with movement.

Whether you’re struggling to move because you’re overwhelmed by everything it’ll take or just don’t know what to do, this workshop series will give you clarity and ground you in an approach that meets you where you are so you can start moving again and stop beating yourself up all the time.

What you'll get out of it

 

You’ll learn how extreme, all-or-nothing mindsets that are often encouraged in the fitness world actually turn us away from joy in movement, and how to reclaim it for yourself.

Deciding what to do is overwhelming AF with all the unrealistic, unsustainable, general fitness prescriptions out there. No more societal nonsense clouding your judgment; you’ll learn how to tune into yourself to set goals and plan out steps that fit you and your unique, magical makeup.

When it comes down to it, this workshop series is all about getting you closer to you so you can understand your own needs, desires and edges…and when it’s right to push them. When you learn that, a flexible, nourishing movement program naturally comes. That’s my wish for you.

There are three workshops altogether:

  • Workshop 1: Friday, January 26th at 12:15 PM PST

  • Workshop 2: Friday, February 2nd at 12:15 PM PST

  • Workshop 3: Friday, February 9th at 12:15 PM PST

Each workshop will be 30-45 minutes.

All three workshops will be held on Zoom.

You can watch us live and ask questions during the Q+A or watch the recordings of each workshop that I’ll send out afterwards…or both!

This final workshop of the series is dedicated to the possibilities that movement holds for you. This is where you reclaim movement back from what it “should” be to what it is for you.

  • Yes! When you sign up, you get access to the recordings for all the workshops.

  • Yep! Towards the end of the workshop I’ll open it up for Q+A. Please be mindful that all questions asked over camera and/or audio will be recorded for the replays. If you don’t want to be recorded, you can ask your questions in the chat box!

  • This workshop series is dedicated only to movement resistance whereas Imperfect Movement Club is focused on one’s relationship with movement as a whole. I recommend anyone with movement resistance do this workshop series FIRST, then go right into Imperfect Movement Club from there!
