For the baddies with “Why can’t I just work out?!” on repeat…
This workshop series is gonna meet you right where you are and guide you toward deconstructing movement resistance so you can rewrite your relationship with movement.
Whether you’re struggling to move because you’re overwhelmed by everything it’ll take or just don’t know what to do, this workshop series will give you clarity and ground you in an approach that meets you where you are so you can start moving again and stop beating yourself up all the time.

This workshop series is dedicated only to movement resistance whereas Imperfect Movement Club is focused on one’s relationship with movement as a whole. I recommend anyone with movement resistance do this workshop series FIRST, then go right into Imperfect Movement Club from there!
