Announcing Cyberobics: The Project I Couldn't Tell You About!
For the last year, I've been keeping a secret.I've given you hints. I've even shown you some pictures... then been told to take them down.I've been dying of anticipation ever since I did this mysterious shoot with the production company behind P90X, Daily Burn and Insanity, and I couldn't let you know about ANY of it!Well, today's the day. Now for the moment I've all been waiting for (#deadpoolquote)...
It is with great enthusiasm that I can officially announce that I'm part of The Cyberobics revolution of virtual workout immersions in over 150 gyms across Europe!
One of a team of 17 elite teachers, my co-trainers include Kate Hudson, Briohny Smyth and Andrea Speir among others. I'm in very good company! You can check them all out here.
European Strongies can now work out with me at McFit locations across Europe and in the flagship World of Cyberobics in Berlin!
My first video is called, "Bodylicious." It's a full-body workout that combines aerobics and light-weight strength training set at the Annenberg Pool House in Santa Monica, California. My 2nd video is "Athleticore," which is (you guessed it) a full-on mega core-strengthening workout. This session is no joke - I had to train extra hard just to be able to talk while I did these moves! It was a blast to film both of these videos with the exceptional Megamace and McFit crews who guided me through the entire process and made me a better teacher, speaker and performer. For this I will be forever grateful. After getting to know me, McFit nicknamed me, "The Phoenix of Fitness." I think that's appropriate, don't you? ;)The premise of these videos is to help people "escape everyday life" and find themselves in their workout, which I'm guessing you know a little bit about being here on Strong Inside Out. All the videos were shot in beautiful locations throughout the U.S.A. with the top teachers in the fitness industry. It is such an honor to have been part of this thrilling next step in workout technology: virtual immersion! You can learn more about the project and the gyms through The Cyberobics website, Facebook page or Twitter. Fair warning: they're in German!
