Bringing Humanity Back

Bringing Humanity BackToday, I'm announcing a huge change that epitomizes the direction that Strong Inside Out is moving toward in 2015, and how you can be a part of it. But before we get there, it's important to look back (quickly) on the lessons I learned this year that drove me to make this decision. In short, here are the three biggest lessons I learned this year:1. The people we want to help rise out of the struggle unfortunately weren't the ones coming out to the events we hosted along The Strong Inside Out Tour. They need to know that they're accepted and heard, not driven into an extrovert-centered event with loud music and screaming. I love that kind of stuff now, but when I was struggling, it was the last thing I wanted to do.2. Teaching people at the Tour events was a huge reminder of how much I miss being around real, live people! I went full-time with Strong Inside Out in October of 2013 and now spend an obnoxious amount of time on my computer. I love what I do, but I also love moving and helping other people move.3. To make change happen in the hearts of those who need Strong Inside Out, I have to really BE THERE for them, and I don't need to travel across the country to do it.I realized above all that there was a balance to be found between helping people online and the power of in-person. This online world of ours is missing something that I desperately craved: humanity....which brings me to my big announcement...

The Big Announcement

indiegogodonateIt is a ginormous pleasure to announce that we are taking a leap with The Strong Inside Out Bootcamp this year that is unheard of in this space of online wellness programs...

Starting in January, every single new member of The Strong Inside Out Bootcamp will pair up with a personal coach to guide them through the entire 6-month program.

We're bringing the humanity back, baby.Every coach has been trained and hand-picked by me because of their dedication, caring, gentleness and level of understanding for both tracks of The Bootcamp. They have either been through it themselves and it has changed their lives, or they have used fitness as a way to relieve their own depression or anxiety. P.S. I'm one of the coaches (yay, real, live people!).The process of coaching will differ with every member, but here's the gist:Upon first "meeting" your coach (all interaction is through email and the Facebook Group), you'll go over your long term goals and your big why. She/He will then break down that big hairy audacious goal into actionable weekly goals that will get you where you want to go. After you agree to them, you'll start on your journey!Throughout the week, your personal coach will be there to keep you on track to achieving your goals while supporting, motivating and personalizing your Bootcamp experience.Hate one of the moves in a workout? We'll help you find an alternative. Have a tricky schedule? We'll help you make your own that will still get you results. You won't have to wait for the next group coaching call (which are now bi-weekly instead of monthly) to get one-on-one support. There are too many programs out there that offer content, but no heart and soul. The Coaches and I hope to make The Bootcamp the exception. I haven't felt this RIGHT about my next move since launching The 30x30 Project. The Bootcamp program works. It's changing lives. With the addition of the personal coaching, it's just helping members change their lives faster and feel more supported while they do it. People need people. You can change on your own, yes, but how much easier would it be having someone who's been through it guide your way and keep you accountable?I heard you, and I'm answering with heart and ears open. What you need matters to me, and this is one step I can take to prove it.Because this change requires a huge time commitment, and we're limited with the amount of coaches we can take on at this point, we will only have the Strong Inside Out Bootcamp open for enrollment until January 9th at which time it will close for a few months until opening again for a higher price.I want to be very clear about that last part: enrollment for The Bootcamp will never cost this little again. You know what you need. If this is what it's going to take to make the changes you want to make, act.

This online world is truly amazing. We have access to every kind of information at our fingertips! But, without actual human interaction, without that guiding light to help you through, it can be impersonal, cold and downright overwhelming. At this time of year, we start to reflect and set goals that determine how we'll show up in 2015. Many of us set extravagant goals that lead us to overwhelm, guilt and ultimately abandonment of said goals, while others don't even bother because they expect and fear that result. This year, why don't you let a trained team of loving supporters help you stay on track and get to where you want to be? Why not admit that you could use a little help in an area that you're not a master of (yet)? Why not get stronger, healthier and more positive in a program that's dedicated to you, personally?I'm coming on hard, I know, but it's because I fully believe that I, my coaches and this program can help you make the change you've been asking me to help you make for so long.We invite you to join us by January 9th when enrollment will close for the next few months to ensure high-quality coaching for every new member.I can't take this first step for you, but if you do take it, I, personally, will be there to hold your hand for the rest of the journey.Click here for more infoSIOBootcamp_Social_Media_Share_600x500
