Amy Clover is a motivational speaker who talks about stigma, resilience and spirituality.
After a life of struggling with clinical depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder, Amy was hospitalized for a suicide attempt. Upon her release, she realized that it was she who would have to make the choice to change her life around. She had to stop WAITING, and start CREATING.
Amy speaks about creating an extraordinary life out of the black hole of struggle. The delicate balance between beating yourself up and not letting yourself off the hook. The everyday choices that add up to an entire life spent reacting or acting.
Amy uses her personal story to explore vulnerability, risk and determination that will leave you fired up and positively determined to create forward movement toward the life of your dreams.
She has spoken for The National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) and To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA).
