The Body Pact is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Amy Clover is not a mental health professional and her services and products are in no way intended to treat or diagnose mental health issues.

There are times when strong emotions may arise which is part of the process. If you have a history of mental illness or trauma, it is highly recommended that you seek approval from your mental health professional before proceeding.

Pausing and taking space when the level of emotion feels overwhelming for you is encouraged.

The Body Pact contains movement recommendations that may be physically demanding and challenging. They are NOT for individuals with any medical condition that may be compromised by cardio and strength exercise. If you have a physical condition that may be affected by movement, please consult your physician before beginning The Body Pact or any other movement program. By reading and integrating The Body pact, you do so at your own risk and hereby release Amy Clover and Strong Inside Out from any and all liability.
