Over my years of fitness training and personal experience with overcoming my own struggles, I have found that everyone responds differently to exercise, nutrition and coaching, therefore, no two people should follow the same program.

News flash: that routine your super-hot friend follows?  That might not work for you!  Every BODY reacts differently to exercise!

That fad diet everyone is trying? No bueno for the metabolism. I’ve trained clients with long-term metabolic slowing due to fasts, cleanses and the like.

Trying to cut out ALL the naughty stuff? First of all, what’s the point of that if our main goal is to have a super-awesome life?  Second of all, that’s going to have a disastrous effect on your perspective of weight loss.

What you need is someone to give you advice for your body type, schedule and preferences that also knows the science behind training, nutrition and human behavior.

That’s it.  You’ll keep a sheet that gauges your adherence to the program we come up with for you, and if you don’t see progress in the right direction and have done everything I told you to, I’ll refund you in full.
