Best Posts of 2015

Best Posts of 2015Looking back on 2015, I've come to the conclusion that this last year was one focused on growth. At times it was painful, but it uncovered a lot of things that were holding me back. I learned a lot over this past year, and it's all reflected in my writing.I did an amazing project with the producers from Insanity and P90X... which I'm still not allowed to talk about in detail yet! Rest assured you'll hear all about it when I'm given the go-ahead. I reconnected with my purpose through my good friend, Ms. Gabby Bernstein, and her amazing trainings. Most importantly, though, I got clear on what this next year is calling me to do... stay tuned. ;)Through my writing, I've strived to bring you into my journey so we can grow together. Today, I want to share the best posts from 2015 and tell you why they're so special to me. I hope it helps you kick off the new year with a lightning-speed growth spurt!

5. The Words I Needed to Hear When I Was Struggling

The Words I Needed to Hear When I Was StrugglingThis post was my absolute favorite of 2015. I wrote it after an exchange with one of my Bootcamp members who was really struggling. She was lamenting how she just couldn't catch a break: everything seemed to be beating her further and further down into darkness. While I tried to offer what advice I could, the truth is this: she needs to go through the pain in order to enjoy what she's going to get on the other side. It's horribly painful, but it doesn't last forever (as much as our ego tries to convince us that it does when we're in the middle of it). The letter I wrote in this post was for her, for me and for anyone out there who needs to hear it.If you or someone you love is fighting through the darkness, head over to read this one. Click here.Thank you for being here, Strongie. You're the reason I write, the reason I teach. You are my purpose. Looking forward to showing you what I've got in store for you in 2016...Stay strong,Amy
